Our client approached Cold Pad to provide a fastening solution for the installation of vertical fenders on an operational FPSO. The project required a reliable, non-intrusive installation method capable of protecting approximately 600 m² of hull without compromising the FPSO's structural integrity or operational availability. Cold Pad delivered a complete solution based on C-Claw S1000 cold-bonded fasteners, supported by dedicated tooling and custom support frames to ensure a safe, efficient and weld-free installation.
